 YouTube Video No Longer Available Fix

Lots of people get the message "Video No Longer Available" when in fact the video is still on YouTube.

Here is a simple Fix. Add one of the following to the URL  &fmt=6  or &fmt=16  or  &fmt=18

and so the url for my power line signalling video becomes  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jGlNOo_8JeU&fmt=18
